These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Althexis’s website and any online pages, portals, or landing pages we operate (collectively, the “Site”).

Information about the Althexis Skincare Suite (an AI-powered skincare analysis and recommendation solution used in pharmacies).
A customer landing page / portal (planned) to support end-customer engagement features such as skin history and account functionality.
A pharmacy-facing interface (planned) to upload product databases, configure preferences, and define marketing strategies.
QR-code based pages used to access or view session reports after an in-pharmacy session.
Use of the in-pharmacy desktop software, dermoscope hardware, or related professional services is typically governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., a SaaS Subscription Agreement and SLA) with partner pharmacies or chains. If there is a conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the written agreement controls for that subject.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization (e.g., a pharmacy, manufacturer, partner), you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
Althexis provides a technology platform that supports skincare analysis and personalized product recommendations. The solution is designed to support pharmacy workflows and customer education, and it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about a medical condition, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Some parts of the Site may require authentication (including planned customer-facing authentication via QR code login and personal history sync).
You agree to:
Provide accurate information (where requested),
Keep your login credentials secure,
Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Interfere with the Site’s operation or security,
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data,
Reverse engineer or scrape the Site (except as permitted by law),
Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
All content and materials on the Site—text, logos, UI elements, designs, and underlying software—are owned by Althexis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our platform and data ecosystem are core parts of our IP strategy.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.
If the Site allows you to view or download a session report (e.g., accessed via QR code), you may use it for personal purposes. You may not publish or commercially exploit reports, or share them in ways that infringe privacy rights of others.
The platform uses third-party infrastructure and services (for example, cloud storage and APIs; authentication layers; BI tooling; and, in some contexts, LLM services).
Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers’ terms.
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if:

Your use creates risk to the Site, other users, or Althexis,
We are required to do so by law.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Althexis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you agree to indemnify and hold Althexis harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
